In this interview, Valeri Nadirashvili, Director of Tbilisi Dental, shares the company’s journey, the significance of receiving the Golden Brand recognition and the ambitious plans ahead – from expanding the clinic network across Georgia to positioning the country as a regional hub for dental tourism.

Q. What does winning the Golden Brand Award mean for Tbilisi Dental?

A. The Golden Brand Award, as the highest standard of brand recognition, gives us the opportunity to establish Tbilisi Dental as the leading name in dentistry after 20 years of operation. This recognition is a strong confirmation of the trust we have built with our patients and partners over the years.

Q. Tbilisi Dental has been setting quality standards in Georgia since 2007. What key factors define your success?

A. Our success is built on three main pillars: advanced technologies, high-quality materials and highly qualified professionals. These elements together allow us to deliver exceptional services and maintain leadership in the dental sector.

Q. Your company operates the fastest and most precise 3D CAD/CAM laboratory in Georgia. How does this technology benefit your patients?

A. First and foremost, speed is one of the greatest benefits, especially for international dental tourists. Having our own laboratory allows us to complete any dental work almost immediately. Additionally, because we directly import all clinical and laboratory products ourselves, we are able to offer patients optimal and highly competitive pricing.

Q. You import products from up to 20 countries. What criteria do you use when selecting the brands you introduce to the Georgian market?

A. Quality is our top priority. Products must be safe, reliable and designed to minimize side effects. We carefully select only proven brands that meet international standards.

Q. Your distribution network covers the entire country. How do you ensure the uninterrupted supply of products for clinics and patients?

A. We operate our own distribution network, which guarantees stable and continuous supply. At the same time, we collaborate with local logistics service providers to ensure smooth and reliable delivery throughout the country.

Q. Could you tell us about your clinic expansion plans? What new services can we expect in the near future?

A. Our first major expansion has already taken place across the capital city of Tbilisi and the next step is to introduce the Tbilisi Dental brand in the regions. We aim to make our high-quality dental services accessible throughout the country.

Q. You are actively working on the development of dental tourism. What is your vision for Georgia’s role as a regional hub in this field?

A. Georgia currently maintains the status of having one of the most affordable dental sectors in the wider region. 

If Hungary is considered the dental capital of Europe and Turkey of the Middle East, Georgia offers significantly lower prices than both countries. This gives Georgia enormous potential in dental tourism. 

It is also important to note that an international patient increases the country’s economic benefit 10 to 15 times, making dental tourism highly valuable for the national economy.

Q. Could you tell us about how your clinic has been fully adapted for international patients? What methods do you use to ensure their comfort and high-quality care?

A. Our in-house laboratory is a major advantage in ensuring efficiency and convenience. In addition, a dedicated dental tourism manager coordinates comfortable transfers, accommodation, treatment planning and even sightseeing opportunities, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.

Q. Since 2025, your group has been entering a new phase of growth. What new or distinctive services will the new subsidiary company offer?

A. Since 2025, we have actively accelerated the development of our clinic network and laboratory operations. With access to all modern treatment technologies, our clinic and laboratory have earned an honorable place in both the local and international markets.

Q. What is the secret behind your team’s success? How important are professionalism and innovation at Tbilisi Dental?

A. For us, the priority is having a development-oriented team. Without such professionals, implementing innovation and adopting new technologies would be impossible. Thanks to direct partnerships with leading global manufacturers, we are able to introduce the latest advancements to Georgia immediately – directly in our clinic and laboratory.
