The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a loan of $150 million for clean energy financing in the greater Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei (BTH) and Yangtze River Delta (YRD) regions of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) as the latest part of a multiyear program to improve air quality.
