Aesthetic medicine is one of the fastest-growing sectors in Georgia, where quality, innovation and trust define long-term success. In this competitive landscape, only those brands that consistently evolve and set higher standards manage to stand out.
In December 2025, Lotus marked its 15th anniversary – a milestone reflecting steady growth, professionalism and responsibility. Over the years, the center has built a strong reputation by combining advanced, non-invasive technologies, device-based aesthetic medicine, continuous professional education and a patient-centered approach aligned with international standards.
Alongside its anniversary, 2026 marks a year of full renewal and the beginning of a new phase for Lotus. The center is undergoing a large-scale equipment upgrade, which includes the introduction of next-generation technologies. This step aims to further increase service efficiency, strengthen a results-oriented approach and bring the center even closer to international best practices.
The Golden Brand award in the category of No. 1 Aesthetic Medicine Center is a natural continuation of this journey – recognition not only of successful branding, but of systematic work, professional stability and a clear strategic vision.
Golden Brand presents an interview with Tea Ebralidze, Director of Lotus, about the center’s development path, priorities and future plans.
Q. Lotus has received the Golden Brand award for the third time. What does this recognition mean for you?
A. The Golden Brand award is not just a status for us – it is recognition of years of systematic, consistent and quality-oriented work. Receiving this award for the third time confirms that Lotus not only maintains its position in the market but continues to evolve and strengthen its standards.
This recognition also brings additional responsibility. It motivates us to further reinforce quality control, technological innovation and our patient-centered approach within our strategic development process.
Q. Since its founding in 2010, what were the turning points that shaped Lotus into a multifunctional aesthetic medical center?
A. One of the key turning points was the active development of device-based aesthetic medicine, when we made a strategic choice in favor of innovative and safe technologies.
Another significant milestone was the establishment of our Educational Center in 2018, which transformed Lotus into not only a service provider but also an educational platform for professionals.
Gradual expansion and the introduction of multifunctional services allowed us to create an integrated model where clients can receive a full spectrum of services in one space.
Q. The aesthetic medicine market in Georgia is highly competitive. What is your main competitive advantage?
A. Our key advantage lies in stability, experience and responsibility. Lotus is not a short-term project built on trends — it is the result of 15 years of development guided by a clear strategy.
Client loyalty is driven by high safety standards, individualized treatment plans, a results-oriented approach and continuously updated technological infrastructure.
Q. Lotus places strong emphasis on international technologies and modern methods. How do you select and implement innovations?
A. Innovation at Lotus is based on research, international practice and medical evidence. Before introducing any new technology, we conduct a thorough analysis of its effectiveness, safety and global reputation.
Our team undergoes specialized training and all equipment fully complies with international standards. For us, innovation is not about being trendy, it is about being effective and safe.
Q. Lotus currently operates four branches in the capital city of Tbilisi. Are you considering expansion?
A. Expansion is part of our long-term strategy. However, at this stage, our priority is strengthening the technological capacity of our existing branches and further reinforcing our internal standards. Sustainable growth is more important to us than rapid expansion.
Q. Your services range from laser hair removal to fitness and Pilates. What is your vision of an integrated beauty and wellness model?
A. Our vision is based on a holistic approach — beauty and health are inseparable.
The integrated model allows us to offer not just individual procedures, but a comprehensive wellbeing concept that combines aesthetics, body care, physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
Q. The Lotus Educational Center has been operating since 2018. What are your future plans in education?
A. Our Educational Center continuously updates its programs in line with modern technologies and international protocols.
Future plans include adding new specializations, strengthening practical training components and expanding international partnerships. Our goal is to prepare professionals who fully meet the demands of today’s market.
Q. Trust is crucial in aesthetic medicine. How do you ensure high standards of quality and safety?
A. Quality and safety are our top priorities. We work with certified equipment, strictly follow medical protocols and continuously invest in our team’s professional development.
Each procedure is based on individual consultation and medical assessment, which minimizes risks and increases predictability of results.
Q. Have you noticed changes in your target audience over the years?
A. Today’s clients are more informed and demanding. They value not only visible results but also safety, equipment quality and the qualifications of specialists.
There is also growing interest in non-invasive and device-based methods, which fully aligns with our strategic direction.
Q. What is Lotus’ main strategic goal for the next three–five years?
A. Our primary goal is to further strengthen our brand positioning, fully upgrade our technological base and diversify our services.
Lotus aims to continue developing as a high-standard, multifunctional aesthetic center fully aligned with international practice – remaining a benchmark of quality in the market.
Fifteen years is not just a number. It represents experience, responsibility and a clear vision for the future. Lotus does not stop at achievements – it continues moving forward with stronger technologies, higher standards and even clearer goals.
